company. You’ll support Key Account Managers and Sales Specialists, ensuring high-quality
commercial administration and sales support.
Responsibilities:
– Provide exceptional service and support
– Manage incoming cases via phone and email
– Calculate manual bonuses for central customers
– Handle contract management and updates
– Update customer assortment catalogues
Qualifications:
– Fluency in Swedish and English
– Previous administration experience is a plus
– Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP or Sales Force experience is a plus
– University degree in a relevant field

Key Responsibilities:
– Data management of external customer data;

– Manage the field sales system and ensure all tasks and permissions, including license
