We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as Business Development Manager-DACH<\/p>\n
The Business Development Manager is responsible for proactively seeking out and closing new business to meet territory sales targets within DACH. This is done by maintaining a strong and consistent presence in the market and building relationships. This person should have corporate sales experience and know-how to negotiate and build relationships. The position is based in our Sofia HQ.<\/p>\n
Your responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Establish solid and trusting relationship with customers
\n\u2022 Grow sales opportunities generated from marketing activities, market research, and networking
\n\u2022 Drive revenue and market share growth while facilitating sell-through and ensuring effective conversion rate in a very competitive market
\n\u2022 Prospect new accounts, generate interest, qualify, develop, and close new business
\n\u2022 Work independently to meet and exceed revenue targets and goals assigned to the territory
\n\u2022 Manage, track, and report on all activities and results to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Competences:<\/p>\n
\u2022 2+ years of experience in business development, international sales, or key account management on B2B level
\n\u2022 Strong negotiation and communication skills
\n\u2022 Multitasking and time management skills, ability to work under pressure<\/p>\n
\u2022 Fluency in German and English, written and verbal
\n\u2022 Self-motivation, a drive to succeed and an ability to work as part of a team required \u2022 Proactive, self-starter with high-level of persistence and can-do attitude<\/p>\n
